THE ROLE As the Clinic Manager at Laser Clinics The Base, you will play a pivotal role in leading, coaching, and driving the performance of your team and clinic business. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, meeting financial targets, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and perform skin, laser, and Skinstitut treatmentsMeet financial targets for sales, conversion, product attachment, and labour productivityAssess and address performance gaps in each treatment categoryCoach team members to achieve and exceed KPIsManage staffing requirements to ensure optimal coverage and productivityUphold our Customer Value PropositionFoster a culture of feedback and performance improvementOversee marketing promotions and campaign executionManage financial aspects including payroll, time, attendance, and invoicesDrive operational excellence and retail disciplines ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will have:
