Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: NGL Energy Partners is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a driven and confident personality. Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat- Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products and services to clients- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner- Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and retention of clients- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system- Contribute to team goals and objectives by meeting and exceeding performance targets- Make informed decisions to resolve client issues and concerns effectively Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a client support role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent- Experience working remotely is a plus Benefits:- Dental insurance- Paid Time Off (PTO)- Employee discounts Working Environment:At NGL Energy Partners, we strive to nurture an entrepreneurial atmosphere, even within an established organization.
