Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and confident Client Support Representative to join our team at Fidelity National Information Services in Nelson, NZ. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar field. The ideal candidate will possess strong creativity and project management skills to provide exceptional support to our clients. Responsibilities:1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.3. Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed.4. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues.5. Assist with project management and implementation of new client initiatives.6. Track and report on client interactions and feedback.7. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients. Requirements:1. 1+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.4.
