Job Description:

O'Reilly Automotive is seeking a Client Support Manager to work remotely from home in Nelson, New Zealand. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving growth within the company. This position requires a passionate and reliable individual with excellent persuasion and innovation skills.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of client support representatives to provide exceptional service to customers.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.3. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in client support operations.4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall service.5. Train and mentor client support team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.6. Monitor key performance indicators and track progress towards goals.7. Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and ensure a positive experience.8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client support performance.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.2. 7+ years of experience in client support or a similar role.3. Strong leadership and communication skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
