Job Description: We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Client Support Manager to join our team at ADP. This is a remote work position based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, and is ideal for someone with at least 6 years of experience in client support roles. As a mid-to-senior level professional, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure the successful implementation of ADP's products and services- Monitor client performance and satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling- Analyze client data and feedback to provide insights and recommendations for improvement- Lead project management activities related to client support initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results- Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge- Foster a positive and productive working environment by promoting transparency and open communication at all levels Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven experience in client support roles, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar capacity- Strong project management skills and the ability to analyze data and identify trends- Confidence and passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Flexibility to work overtime as needed- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development Benefits:- Paid overtime opportunities- Free accommodation during work-related travel- Free food provided during working hours Equal Opportunity Statement:ADP is an equal opportunity employer.
