Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Support Manager to join our team at Raymond James Financial in Nelson, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level role, the Client Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of client support specialists, ensuring high-quality support services to our clients. Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of client support specialists, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations- Develop and implement client support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention- Serve as the main point of contact for escalated client issues and work to resolve conflicts in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and ensure seamless communication with clients- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and propose solutions for continuous improvement- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the client support experience- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular reports to management Requirements:- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a client support or customer service role- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on emotional intelligence- Proven ability to think strategically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment- High level of organization and planning skills- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred Personality Traits:- Energetic: The ideal candidate will bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to the team- Dedicated: Demonstrates a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients Soft Skills:- Emotional Intelligence: Ability to empathize with clients and understand their needs- Planning: Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks Benefits:- Travel opportunities for business meetings and conferences- Parental leave for new parents- Paid Time Off (PTO) for work-life balance Working Environment:Our dynamic workplace values teamwork, fosters innovation, and celebrates shared success.
