We are looking for a motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented Support and Project Coordinator to join our growing team. Based in our Auckland office, you will be reporting to and working closely with our Client Liaison. You will be responsible for assisting our clients with their support requests, analysis queries as well as assisting our Project Lead in planning, executing, and monitoring various implementation projects. We're a tight knit team looking for a team player who is passionate about their work.Your Key Responsibilities:Assist and facilitate the liaison between us and our clients.Address customer queries, concerns, or data analysis needs and provide appropriate solutions.Maintain client records and provide regular updates and feedback to the organization.Collaborate with other team members within the organization to ensure that customer needs are met.Continuously monitor customer experiences and maintain lists of potential improvements.Assist the Project lead in creating and maintaining project plans, and timelines.Coordinate project activities and ensure that project tasks are completed on time.Communicate project status and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including clients and team members.Manage project documentation, including project plans, project scope, requirements, and reporting materials.Oversee testing of proposed client solutions, and documenting issues as they arise.Perform any other project-related and support-related duties as required.Your Experience, Skills, and Attributes:A passionate and positive attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skillsProven experience as a project Coordinator or similar role, preferably within healthcare or an IT organization would be a bonus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work with stakeholders of varying technological aptitude.Enthusiastic personality with efficient time management and organizational skillsExperience with project management toolsKnowledge of project management or research methodologiesAbility to effectively multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to work independently and yet be part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Be a productive team member with an ability to think outside the box.A tertiary qualification or experience in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field would be a distinct advantage.Ability to manage the client data base with emphasis on providing high levels of client service and support.This is a remarkable opening for someone to work in a dynamic multifaceted role.
