As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure client satisfaction. You will also be assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining client records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Innovation and people management skills are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in customer service or client support is preferred.
