As a member of the team, you will contribute to the delivery of this vision. Purpose of Role: The Client Services Manager is responsible for leading customer excellence across the whole business and particularly at reception and for key client groups. Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Client Services Manager will be responsible for leading key camp management in the Business Development Section and Oriam The Client Services Manager will be responsible for leading the Front of House Management The Client Services Manager will be responsible for leading the key strategic theme of Customer Excellence The Client Services Manager will be leading Retail within the Business Development Section and Oriam Education, Qualifications & Experience: These are the criteria on which the short-listing and recruitment selection will be made Essential Educated to at least SCQF level 6-7 or similar or equivalent practical experience in the workplace Experience of working within a similar environment as outlined above Competent in the use of relevant IT packages Proven relevant experience in customer service, service delivery and people management which will have been acquired over several years, with a basic understanding of the relevant theory Analytical problem-solving skills Well-developed interpersonal skills Demonstrable excellent customer service Demonstrable ability or potential to manage, assess and develop staff Demonstrable ability to work quickly, flexibly and accurately in a dynamic, changing and pressured environment Demonstrable professional and proactive approach Desirable Specific subject qualification if required Professional Qualification or memberships of Professional body (if applicable) Demonstrable experience of managing a small team including setting objectives and managing workload Experience of Higher Education Specific IT software package knowledge Experience of other technical skill sets relevant to main job function FTE and working pattern: - 1 FTE - 37.5hrs Per Week - 5 working days within 7 How to apply: Applications can be submitted up to midnight on 10th May 2021. This is a Grade 6 role, salary £26,715 - £30,942.
