About the role:
The team tag-line says it all; The Client Services Team works to enable Efficiency, create Accountability and drive Completion. As a Client Services Co-Ordinator you would be responsible for supporting an Account Manager and his team in delivering quality of service and quality work to his client portfolio.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Creating and maintaining client relationships by addressing clients? needs, expectations, challenges and opportunities and therefore contributing to their overall success
Providing support with tax and company administration duties, including managing IRD mail and communications, and oversight of firm-wide tax reminders for clients
Assistance with the preparation of client proposals and scopes as required
Oversight of all new client onboarding experiences
Contribute to the overall company success and growth by proactively initiating process improvements that create greater efficiency gains and ensure consistency and standardisation across the firm
Co-ordinate workflow and job management for your team or the wider team as necessary
Skills & Experience
Must demonstrate our values of Respect, Personal Accountability and Integrity
Has had previous experience in a Professional Services firm, ideally working with and leading a team
Has a minimum qualification of an Accounting Diploma and is well versed in New Zealand tax legislation with practical on the job experience of preparation of returns
Highly competent with online systems, including Microsoft Office and Practice Management systems.
Is skilled in time management and prioritisation of conflicting demands
Will willingly go the extra mile to do the best for the client, putting the needs of others ahead of their own and is proactive about creating sustainable value
Takes initiative and works as a team player
