Role and Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner- Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide exceptional service- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and promote client retention- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate with clients- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed- Work with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 2+ years of experience in client services or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong leadership and adaptability skills- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Reliable and adaptable personality traits
