Job Description: Chorus is currently seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.- Handle client requests, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a customer-focused mindset.- Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the CRM system.- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients.- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to client satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.- Continuously seek to improve processes and procedures for better client service delivery. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or customer support role.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients and internal teams.- Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.- Confidence in handling difficult clients and challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.- Reliable and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability for client satisfaction.- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.- Visa sponsorship available for international candidates.
