Job Description: Centene is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Service Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction with our services. Responsibilities:1. Managing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.3. Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns.4. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients.5. Providing product demonstrations and training to clients as needed.6. Tracking client interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.7. Collaborating with the sales team to provide support during the sales process.8. Monitoring client satisfaction and proactively addressing any issues that may arise.9. Assisting with special projects or initiatives as needed. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.2. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.5. Persuasive and able to build rapport with clients.6.
