Client Service Representative

Job Description: Unleashed Software is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally- Proactively identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requests are met in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide training on our software platform- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services- Participate in team meetings to discuss client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a client-facing role- Energetic and resourceful personality traits- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred Benefits:- Gym membership- Paid Time Off (PTO)- Disability insurance Working Environment:At Unleashed Software, we strive to spark creativity and motivation in an environment that inspires greatness.
