Client Service Officer

Supervalu is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in client service or a related field. Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring all their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase retention and satisfaction- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met and exceeded- Analyze client data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively Requirements:- Proven experience in client service, account management, or a related field- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams- Independent and hardworking attitude, with the ability to work autonomously and drive results- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred Benefits:- Travel & spending expenses covered- Profit sharing opportunities- Life insurance coverage Working Environment:At Supervalu, we leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
