As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service- Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to drive revenue growth- Manage client accounts, including contract negotiations, monitoring service delivery, and resolving any issues that may arise- Analyze client data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for strategic initiatives- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on client performance and revenue forecasts Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field- 8 years of experience in client service or account management- Independent and resilient personality traits- Strong negotiation and analysis skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities- Experience working in the energy industry is a plus Benefits:- Parental leave- Gym membership- Free food Working environment:Join a company that pioneers change and sets industry benchmarks.
