A key feature of the role is your ability to coordinate and communicate directly with the director and senior adviser on a daily basis for support and operations.The Role will involve:Prepare home loan applications for submission to lenders for a successful outcome.Obtain approval from the banks and negotiate the best possible terms and conditions.Update customers on the progress of the lending applications and assist in answering any queries from the lenders.Ensure all home loan applications meet internal and external compliance requirements.Learn the lending criteria of different lenders and apply them to customer lending needs.Re-fix client's home loans and management of existing buddy clients.To be successful, you must have:Qualifications or experience in lending in NZ or overseas.Strong numerical and analytical skills.A friendly personality and desire to provide exceptional customer service.Ability to forge strong relationships with customers and peers.Multitasking and attention to detail.Current registration as a Registered Financial Adviser or pursuing National Certificate in Financial Services – Level 5 in Lending Strand will be advantageous  but not mandatory.The OfferYou will receive a fixed salary package with ample opportunities for growth. The role also holds the possibility to move up within Buddy and become a customer-facing Adviser with the right experience, accreditations, and knowledge.
