Client Service Associate

Job Description:Huntington Ingalls Industries in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client services.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings- Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure clients' needs are met and exceeded- Utilize persuasion and presentation skills to effectively communicate product offerings and solutions to clients- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the company database- Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
