Job description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at LKQ in Nelson, NZ. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns.- Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.- Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.- Prepare regular reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels.- Handle escalated client issues and provide effective solutions.- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client relations. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.- 5 years of experience in client relations or a related role.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.- Resilient personality with the ability to handle challenging situations.- Confidence in dealing with client interactions.
