Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Relations Manager to join our team at Comcast in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth for the organization. Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries and concerns- Develop a deep understanding of each client's needs and goals to provide tailored solutions and recommendations- Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded- Analyze client feedback and data to continuously improve client satisfaction and retention rates- Lead client meetings and presentations to discuss performance metrics, KPIs, and future strategies- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in client relations or account management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues worldwide- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred Benefits:- Medical coverage- Vision insurance- Joining Bonus Working Environment:At Comcast, we believe in fostering a global village mentality, where employees collaborate with colleagues worldwide to achieve success.
