Reception duties Managing clinic diary Processing insurance applications, government subsidies and ACC claims. Running daily reports through our CRM system. In-house hearing aid repairs (full training provided). Local Marketing About You Exceptional customer service experience with a genuine desire to help people Keen to develop their knowledge in Audiology, with potential to train to be a Tele Assistant. Confidence to work autonomously and in a team environment. High level of general computer literacy required Have an interest in participating in local marketing initiatives out in the community Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Whats in it for you?
