Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications) DediKate is the online Trans-Tasman fitness community for rural and regional women, mums and those who don't have time for the gym! We have a down-to-earth approach to fitness so that our members located all over NZ and Australia can fit workouts into their busy lives! We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate Client and Content Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to be great, work closely with the founder and CEO, in an excellent and tight knit remote team that is expanding internationally. This is an exciting time to join our team as we migrate our marketing systems and invest in new technology. Skills and Tasks Required: Be able to effectively communicate with our clients and team members. Experience working with websites and app development. Digital marketing experience and the ability to work with third party marketing systems. Managing the DediKate customer experience and journeys, including website pages, blogs, newsletters and EDM's. A passion for content and content ideas with experience in managing Instagram and Facebook accounts. A vision for expanding the reach and growth of businesses through client and content management. Great organisation and execution skills, with a "can do" attitude. Have proven initiative as a self-starter and an excellent work ethic. Be happy to do the day to day tasks that come with loading workouts, responding to emails, keeping records and anything extra that pops up from time to time.  Attitude and Motivation Required: Be able to use your initiative. Self-starter who is able to effectively work remotely. Team player Strong personal motivation and wants the team to be successful. Strong work ethic and can-do attitude.
