Our client prides themselves on commitment to excellence and delivering tailored solutions for their clients.ABOUT THE ROLECode transactions using Xero and maintain accurate financial records.Assist in reconciling trust accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Support payments setup and handle client correspondence professionally.Prepare reports, letters, and documentation with attention to detail.Assist in managing liquidations and insolvency appointments, including follow-up tasks.Contribute to AML compliance efforts within the firm.Assist in compiling monthly management accounts and financial statements.REQUIREMENTS5+ years in a similar role.Familiarity with trust accounting and financial reconciliation processes.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in a legal or professional services environment is preferred.BENEFITSShower facilities on-site.Opportunity to work in a supportive and professional team environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.Exposure to diverse client projects and industries.Be part of a firm known for its commitment to excellence and personalized service
