Linfox is seeking permanent Class 5 drivers for our depot in Mangere, Auckland. The roles will involve a variety of metro and line haul runs covering the North Island region delivering dry goods to our customer sites. You will be a highly experienced Class 5 driver with the ability to fully operate and reverse our Semi Combinations, Truck & Trailer experience is desirable.
You must be able to demonstrate this during an assessment.
This a full time role and the available shifts are Wednesday to Sunday, Thursday to Monday and Friday to Tuesday. Shift start times may vary depending on operational requirements.

• Fully competent in Semi Units
• Exceptional Health & Safety practices
• Experienced in night time driving
• Clean driving record
• High standard of personal presentation
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Good knowledge of the Auckland region
• Positive attitude

You will be an experienced driver with a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience in New Zealand. Current dangerous goods OSH and F endorsement would be desirable with preference given to applicants holding current certificates

As well as your demonstrated driving ability you will have a strong work ethic supported by previous employer references. Your customer service skills will be second to none and a high level of personal care and vehicle care is essential.
