Claims Consultant

As part of our Palmerston North based Claims team, and as one of our Claims Consultant Superstars, you will join our Green Team, tasked with trialling a new way of working including the lodgement and management of our clients Claims. You'll be talking with our clients on the phone daily - answering queries, problem solving and ensuring we are delivering the best possible claims outcomes for both our clients and FMG.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A professional, client focused approach to all tasks;Proven experience in managing a portfolio or workload successfully The ability to prioritise, problem solve and juggle multiple priorities;Clear and confident communication skills;Strong analytical skills and sound decision making skills andPrevious insurance experience (preferable but not essential)This is great role to continue and advance your career within the insurance industry, with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow!
