Civil Supervisor

Location: Tauranga, New Zealand We are seeking a Civil Supervisor to join a locally owned and operated company in the heart of Bay of Plenty specialising in Drainage and Earthworks. Numerous project's include in a Residential, Commercial Drainage, Earthworks and Civil work, Subdivisions, Project Management, and New Housing Kaing Ora projects. The ideal candidate will have proven and recent experience in managing land development projects, including earthworks, drainage, watermain, services, and complex roading. A bonus to be confident in operating machinery and demonstrating practical hands-on civil experience to share with the team. Responsibilities Conducting organisation and safety briefings at the start of each day. Liaising with the Project Manager regarding priorities, program, materials supply, stock levels, troubleshooting, and resource requirements. Communicating with Council Representatives and Project Engineers regarding testing, compliance, and technical accuracy Leading by example in terms of H&S and work ethic. About You Strong emphasis on culture and teamwork. Strong technical experience and methodology. Strengths in leading a cohesive effective team.
