Your new company
Your new company is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy based in Central Otago, they cover structural, civil and geotechnical engineering, providing engineering expertise to the Central Otago and Southern Lakes region. With a strong forward workload, they are looking for an experienced civil or geotechnical engineer to join their outgoing team.
Your new role
Your new role will be varied, working collaboratively with colleagues, clients and contractors on projects across the beautiful Central Otago and Southern Lakes regions.
More specifically, the role will involve:

Geotechnical investigation and design
Civil design, including roading, earthworks and 3 waters design
Construction monitoring
Wide variety of projects across the residential and commercial sectors

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need:
A relevant qualification in civil or geotechnical engineering
3 + years of relevant geotechnical or civil experience in New Zealand
The ability to work within a small, tight knit team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Be based in or near Wanaka or be willing to relocate
