BBO is expanding its Civil team and looking to employ a Senior Civil Engineer, a Civil Designer and a Civil Site Engineer.
Senior Civil Engineer (Tauranga)– Civil infrastructure project delivery including design and design management for road and highway infrastructure and land development projects. This includes being the client’s point of contact and co-ordinating the various elements of design and technical service delivery to achieve project and client outcomes. Hold a BEng Civil qualification with at least 10 years’ related experience. CPEng would be an advantage.
Civil Designer (Hamilton) –Civil design for land development, roading projects and the Safe Network Programme (Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency). The design work will be varied from conceptual design, though preliminary design for consenting purposes to detailed design of new infrastructure and infrastructure improvements (eg., road safety upgrades). Hold a Civil Engineering qualification with at least 5 years’ related experience and ideally have skills in 12D.
Civil Site Engineer (Hamilton or Tauranga) –Site representative for roading, highways and land development projects. Provide technical input and work closely with the contractor to anticipate and resolve technical issues and risk. Be the client’s point of contact, inspecting and reporting on health, safety, environment, quality, programme, budget and any exception issues. Hold a Civil Engineering qualification with at least 3 years’ related experience gained in a NZ contracting or consulting firm.
