Responsibilities:
Lead the Operational Technology Environment including Application & Digital
Proactively source more efficient and effective ways to work, adding value to the organisation via upgrade or rationalisation of systems, applications across the business
Environment analysis and strategic advisory to enable best practice technology solutions
Management of business security architecture, systems, procedures & protocols
Accountability for all IT and Digital projects
Sharing knowledge and education to mentor team members, ability to performance manage and lead a large team
Vendor and contract management expertise
Adhere to codes of conduct with a strong level of teamwork
Management of operating and project budgets including resources costs

About You:
IT degree with tech knowledge across all tech and digital needs for enterprise
5 years experience in a similar level role
Strong communication skills and a passion to work with people
Tech, App & Digital Transformation experience in an enterprise size business
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex concepts to all skill levels both managing up and down
Maintain strong customer service while managing rapidly changing priorities
A supportive team leader, with exceptional communication & stakeholder engagement
