The characteristics we expect our Chiropractic Administrator (CA) to have are:
1 year minimum Administration/ Reception experience Charismatic - by creating a great first impression both on the phone and in person Be able to cope under pressure at busy times Relate and communicate effectively with patients and staff Empathetic, honest, willing to learn and have a good sense of humour Computer and software literate
HOURS AVAILABLE: This role is permanent full time, approximately 30-34 hours per week over four days a week. If you have basic understanding of accounts and reconciliation more hours will be available by negotiation.
PRACTICE HOURS: We are open from 9:30 am to 6:30pm three days a week.
Generally closed on Wednesdays and 9:30 am to 3 or 4pm on Fridays.
We are located near Wellington Hospital in the heart of Newtown. Our goal at Be Well Chiropractic is to provide patients with exceptional service.
We have a family practice so we see patients of all ages. We have babies and toddlers coming in with their whanau so it is quite a fun and busy environment.
