We are a Chinese take-away restaurant located in Milton, Otago, we are excited to open 2 positions for Chinese cook. Job Title: Chinese CookLocation: Milton, OtagoType: Full time permanent Job Description: Hours: Open Monday-SundayMinimum 30 hours per week, no more than 40 hours per weekHourly wage: $29.96-$30.00 Requirements:l  Excellent knowledge of workplace hygiene requirementsl  Experience in dealing with Chinese or other Asian food would be an advantage but not necessary Main dutiesl  Process variety of food with a set of techniques including marinating, seasoning, spicing, mixing, mincing, dicing, slicing, stuffing, kneading, etc.l  Cook food using different methods including boiling, frying, steamingl  Store food according to specified temperature requirements.l  Manage portion control and wastagesl  Help to attend to customers and handle payments from customers when needed.l  Clean kitchen using heavy duty detergentl  May assist with moving and stacking food suppliesIf you feel this job is the right fit for you, please upload your CV with a cover letter by clicking "APPLY" now Â
