Childcare Reliever

We require an honest and reliable student who is able to relieve at our two childcare centres in the city (Roslyn and Cloverlea).General duties include: Supporting teachers Working alongside teachers with groups of children Supervising activities with children The applicant must have a desire to work with children and would ideally suit someone who is hoping to train towards an Early Childhood qualification. Preferably you will have previous childcare experience.Skills required are: Flexibility, honesty and reliability Good social skills and friendliness Enthusiasm and confidentiality Excellent communication skills to speak with both children, parents and colleagues effectively.
There are no set hours due to the on-call nature of the job, but you will have available shifts to work every week. You must be available between 7.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Must have a Full Driver's license and a police check is required.Please note, if you have had a recent police check, and can provide the relevant documentation, please inform the employer. Police checks take up to 20 working days to process, so when this requirement is met, the job will start ASAP for the right candidate.
