In conjunction with the Director the CFO takes overall responsibility for the successful management and administration of the company's finances.This wide-ranging role includes responsibility for financial accounting and leading the finance team to safeguard the robustness of the financial systems and processes, provide accurate financial analysis and reporting, and manage all day-to-day financial activities (including analysing costs, pricing, variable contributions, and sales results).The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to develop and manage their financial plans and provide valuable data and insights. They will quickly gain an understanding of the wider business and help drive the right decisions for profitability and growth. They will have a team of direct reports including the Finance Manager, Administrator and Supply Chain Logistics.An excellent remuneration package is on offer for the right candidate including relocation assistance, in addition to other benefits. There is an opportunity for remote work if required for the successful candidate.The ideal candidate:A qualified accounting professional (CA/CPA), you will naturally see the big-picture and have the experience and successful track record to commercially back it up.
