Chief Financial Officer

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will suit a high-energy, confident and engaging senior finance professional who is at their best in a strategic and commercial capacity.
Your mandate will include the delivery of concise and timely financial information, management reporting and insights to the Executive and Board. Your responsibility extends beyond traditional finance; with a strategic and commercial focus, the CFO will lead targeted M&A assignments to grow and diversify this enterprise.
As a key member of the Executive leadership team, you will partner with senior business leaders, who will rely on your strategic and commercial insight. Complimenting the already strong financial control environment, you will lead the continual transition of the finance and accounting team to a true business partnering function.

The role offers scope, variety, and a strong desire to bring about change. Therefore, we are targeting an individual with a proven track record in a CFO level capacity. Specific experience with a financial services business is advantageous, with exposure to a complex balance sheet is essential, as is an understanding of treasury fundamentals. As a position with a strategic focus, your relationship management and stakeholder engagement skill sets will be particularly strong.
You will be at your best in fast-paced environments, with an ability to effectively balance business as usual and project related responsibilities. With a mandate to acquire businesses in the coming months, you will bring deep technical and executional level experience to the table.
