Based in our HQ in Mana, you will be integral to the success of our busy team of over 150 sales people (and growing). The Chief Financial Controller is a critical part of the management team. This role will see you deliver outstanding financial reporting, insight and control to multiple companies within the group. Partnering with key stakeholders across the business, you will build a deep understanding of their needs, key drivers and metrics of the business, always in the pursuit to add value and insight to support decision making. Aside from being a highly capable and possessing the technical knowledge, this role requires a proven and effective leader, who will mentor, guide and develop the team. Success in this role requires an individual who is resilient, comfortable with change, is motivated to identify and realise opportunities to improve and is driven by the success of the team by being prepared to roll up their sleeves when needed. Do you have the following? CA qualified with previous experience at Financial Controller or CFO level. Strong analytical and planning skills and attention to detail while having the ability to stand back and focus on the big picture. Proven practical problem solving skills and a "can do" approach. High degree of computer literacy. Experience in Real Estate is highly valued but not required. NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is an essential requirement.
