Ghanem Group own a number of award winning venues in Brisbane and Melbourne, most notably the multi-award winning Blackbird Bar and Grill.
More recently opened is Donna Chang Dining, a modern Asian restaurant with a focus on Cantonese and Sichuan cuisines. Donna Chang showcases Australia's best produce, prepared using traditional and modern techniques while allowing the produce itself to shine.
We are now seeking the services of a full time Chef de Partie to join this fast-paced kitchen team. Suitable applicants will demonstrate experience operating in a similar role, coupled with a Certificate III Commercial Cookery.
