Chef De Partie

Trattoria Emilia is seeking a hard working and committed chefs, one with experience in fresh pasta making, one with experience in pastry/baking to join our team. We are a close-knit group that run on passion and enthusiasm. If you are looking for your next role in a fast paced environment amongst skilled chefs then this is the role for you.
You will need to:
Have previous experience as a chef de partie
Have a minimum of 6 months availability/visa
Have experience in pastry/bread baking or
Have experience in pasta making
Have the ability to work autonomously and efficiently
Take pride in your work and be eager to learn
