Chef/Chef De Partie We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience: At least three years of previous experience preparing Chinese/Asia style cuisine. Decides menus and orders materials with the other Chefs. Responsible for the overall direction of all dishes planning production. Monitors quality of dishes during preparation and presentation. Discusses food preparation issues with managers, kitchen and dinning room staff. Prepare and make dishes with different dishes according to customer’s orders. Ensures kitchen is complied with hygiene regulations. Need to train cook trainees.
