Key Duties
Prepare and present innovative & inspiring dishes
You will offer guidance and support to the kitchen team where needed;
Maintain a customer focus at all times, responding to feedback positively and proactively, implementing great ideas and seeking opportunities for improvement
Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved;
Working on your own, unsupervised and in a team it all depends on whats on!
Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with customers
Deliver to our Clients high expectation of a premium experience
Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards.
The Person
Qualified Chef - At least 3 years post trade experience (essential);
Bulk Catering (essential), bulk cooking, Buffet / Banquet Chef, Function Chef experience highly desirable;
HACCP Food handling experience
Attention to detail and great time management is a must;
Flexible and adaptive nature, able to fit in with changing teams;
You will be passionate about food and presentation;
You will have the ability to work under pressure and deliver when it counts
Ability to work in a fast paced and high demanding role while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
