Job Description: We are looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Alcoa. This is a remote work position based in Nelson, New Zealand. As an Associate Level Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through chat channels. Responsibilities:1.
