Job Description:

Fidelity National Financial is seeking a reliable and dedicated Chat Support Manager to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ on a part-time, remote basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in chat support management, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving the success of our chat support team.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of chat support agents, ensuring they are meeting performance targets and providing excellent customer service- Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness- Monitor chat support interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and deliver solutions- Train and mentor chat support agents to enhance their skills and performance- Analyze chat support metrics and report on key performance indicators- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in chat support management- Excellent decision-making and strategic planning skills- Strong leadership and communication abilities- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively- Proficiency in chat support software and tools- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
