Job Description: Qualcomm is looking for a Chat Support Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents and ensuring high-quality service delivery to our customers. Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.2. Monitor chat support operations to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.3. Develop and implement chat support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.4. Analyze chat support data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.5. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate support efforts and address escalated issues.6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.7. Implement chat support tools and technologies to optimize team performance and efficiency. Requirements:1. 6+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Resilient and confident personality traits.4. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer support KPIs.6. Knowledge of chat support platforms and technologies.7. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
