Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Chat Support Manager to join our team at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare in Nelson, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients.
