Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

As a Chat Support Associate at Cin7, located in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat services. This part-time role at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers through chat to provide timely and accurate assistance2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and friendly manner3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and delivering delight4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless support experience for customers5. Utilize effective planning and teamwork skills to prioritize and address customer needs6. Continuously learn and improve through training and professional development opportunities7. Utilize dedicated and confident personality traits to effectively communicate with customers8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent support experience

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role2. Strong planning and teamwork skills3. Dedicated and confident personality traits4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal5. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team6. Experience working in a fast-paced environment7. Knowledge of chat support software and tools is a plus
