Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Farmers Insurance Exchange is looking for a dedicated and experienced Chat Support Associate to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to clients and customers.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through chat support- Providing accurate and timely information to customers about insurance products and services- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and following up with customers to ensure their needs are met- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer interactions

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate information to customers in a clear and concise manner- Strong computer skills and experience using chat support platforms- Adaptability to changing work environments and the ability to work independently- Leadership qualities and the ability to think critically to solve problems efficiently- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus
