Due to internal promotion, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join our business as a Channel Manager - Foodservice and Other Impulse in ourSales Team. This position is responsible for developing and leading the Foodservice & Other Impulse key account strategy development. This role will provide support to the Impulse field sales team assuring attainment of key sales objectives via execution of marketing and sales key initiatives. Responsibilities Key Accountabilities: Ensure delivery of channel and customer P & LDevelop and update the annual Foodservice and Other Impulse Key Account channel plan in line with overall company strategy. Set annual volume and revenue targets in conjunction with finance, marketing and senior team.Translate channel plans and customer insights into national plans – pricing, promotion, and category management in collaboration with the Field Sales Team and set standards for execution.Ensure application of trade spend is within budget and used efficientlyBuild winning relationships with all HO key accounts and support customer wiring with Field Sales TeamPartner with Category Team and Marketing to ensure winning ideas are implemented with impulse channel customers.Accurate and timely reporting to key internal stakeholders of progress against key objectives.Conduct regular field visits with Field Sales Team.Develop, coach and mentor indirect team members to ensure high performance and morale.Ensure teams comply with all company policies and procedures. Conduct weekly "1 to 1" with National Business Manager – Away from Home, ensure scheduled "work with's" are conducted, and appropriate channel material for monthly Sales Planning Meetings and bulletins are completed.
