Change Manager

Our client is looking for a Programme Change Manager to help manage organisational change and execute communication strategy.

Key requirements:

Proven experience in change management in complex programme environments.Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively at all organisational levels.Proven track record in mitigating risks and resolving issues related to change initiatives.Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide teams through the change process.Proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
