ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is undertaking a transformation which will impact all parts of their business. They are seeking an experienced, tech savvy Change Manager to engage with and guide stakeholders at all levels through this exciting change for a period of 10-12 months. The successful candidate will need to be very comfortable presenting at C-level, as well as being prepared to "get their hands dirty" implementing change strategy at the ground level. Our client has multiple sites and a presence right across NZ, this role will be based at their head office in Mt Maunganui.
Your background:
Experienced Change Manager, well versed in working on big transformation projects
Strong business engagement skills at all levels
Ability to explain and sell change benefits
Both formulate and execute change strategy
High level of resilience
Agriculture sector experience advantageous
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Good written & verbal communication skills
Can write training materials as they will need these for the users to absorb the change
Good people skills and the ability to engage at all levels across the business from C-Level down and across to not so tech savvy people
Worked on big business transformation projects in the past and delivered
Empathy/patience is key for this role
Has a proven Change methodology experience
SAP/Manufacturing experience or S4 Hana experience would be bonusBENEFITS
