Owned principally by private equity and key members of their leadership team, the business will continue to evolve & grow. We seek a Chief Financial Officer to be a commercial co-pilot to the CEO and the wider executive team. The CFO is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the Group's financial operations and ICT team. Together with the CEO and senior management, the CFO will play a full and active part in shaping and implementing the overall strategy and direction for the business (including M&A), ultimately driving its profitable growth and development. Your strategic and financial input will be vital to our success. The role primarily focuses on strategic management with an overview of accounting and financial duties, economic strategy, risk assessment, mitigation and management, commercial decision-making and financial forecasting. The position requires the Chief Financial Officer to be responsible for managing the financial control environment and the delivery of financial and management reporting, including monthly reporting through to the year-end Annual Financial Statements. This strategic focus offers a challenging and exciting opportunity. About you You'll be an experienced senior financial leader either in a CFO or GM Finance (or equivalent position). Your experience will be from export-oriented food & beverage manufacturers or component-based manufacturing companies, exporting to multiple countries. Along with the strong accounting experience you'll bring, you'll also have a range of strong commercial experience.
