Come lead our friendly Invercargillteam! As an experienced manager, you will run the day-to-day operations of our busy centre. With your knowledge and expertise, guide and inspire your team to deliver the best outcomes for our valued customers.
Provide leadership and direction to all staff using effective communication that engages the team positively.Lead the team to achieve and exceed both KPIs and BPIs (balanced performance indicators) in areas such as customer service, product sales and other business objectives.Ensure all product income levels are achieved in line with centre contribution reports.Ensure all administrative and operating functions are completed daily, particularly cash handling/daily banking and NZTA daily batching etc.Be responsible for induction, training and development, performance management of all centre staff.Ideally you will come from a customer focused environment such as retail, insurance or the banking sector and have a natural ability to motivate others. You build relationships with internal and external stakeholders with ease and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to work alongside your team.
